Alternative investment charity Alternatives 4 Children has announced the speaker line-up for its annual 'Legends4Legends' event in Amsterdam on October 2nd 2019. The speakers include:

•             Bill Ackman, CEO and Portfolio Manager, Pershing Square Capital Management

•             Dan Allen, President, Partner, and Senior Portfolio Manager, Anchorage Capital

•             Kyle Bass, Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Hayman Capital Management

•             Tom Capasse, Principal and Co-Founder, Waterfall Asset Management

•             Russell Clark, Partner, Horseman Capital Management

•             Joey Krug, Co-Chief Investment Officer & Co-Founder, Pantera Capital

•             George Osborne, Senior Advisor, BlackRock Investment Institute & Former UK Chancellor

The event will also feature leading allocators such as Thomas Heidstra, CIO, Univest; Ian McKnight, CIO, Royal Mail; Stephen Oxley, Managing Director, PAAMCO; Effie Datson, Head of Hedge Funds at UBP and Ruud Smets, CIO of Theta Capital.

Legends4Legends was founded in 2016 to create an industry charitable event providing the highest quality investment content and the opportunity for international investors and alternative investment fund managers to engage with each other. The event helps to raise funds for projects involved in improving the living standards of children globally. These projects are typically education, healthcare, clean water and housing. A4C focuses on projects which are sustainable, feature strong local community involvement, lead to self-sufficiency for those communities, are fully transparent, and are small-scale in order to ensure maximum added value.
