Coller Capital, Ping An Overseas Holdings Close New Secondaries Deal

Secondaries investor Coller Capital and Ping An Overseas Holdings have closed the largest private credit secondaries transaction for a credit portfolio managed by Ping An.

Coller-sponsored investment and co-investment vehicles are investing $580mn of a total transaction value of $680mn. Following the closure of the transaction on 30th July 2021, Ping An will continue to manage the portfolio which comprises four flagship credit funds managed by North American and European managers; it covers 400 positions in over 250 companies and spread across a range of industries, including professional services, healthcare and telecommunications.
