New Hedge Fund Filings - Week 27 2020

Hong Kong-based Sylebra Capital Management had both the first and second largest new Form D hedge fund filings last week, with Sylebra Capital Partners (Offshore), Ltd., a Cayman vehicle, having raised $774.14mn since the first sale in 2014 and the onshore version, Sylebra Capital Partners (Onshore), Ltd., raising $156.46mn since the first sale in 2011. Stamford, CT's Hildene Capital took third with $44.23mn for Hildene TALF Fund, LP., which booked its first sale in mid-June this year.
