New Hedge Fund Filings - Week 4 2020

A quiet week last week on the Form D Hedge Fund filings front, with just 16 submissions. New York-based Saba Capital had the largest filing for its Saba Capital CSA Fund, Ltd., a Cayman fund with $200mn from just the one investor. Second place was Japan-based TriVista Capital which raised $75mn for its Cayman TriVista Fund. Third was Christian Olesen's Bethlehem, PA-based Olesen Capital, which has raised $34mn to date for Olesen Value Fund L.P.
