LNG Europa Credit Fund Up In June

London-based credit manager LNG Capital's Europa credit fund ended June up +0.79%, for a half-yearly gain of +6.87%. The firm's concerns about rising US interest rates is easing, and it has eliminated its long-dated IG and government bond exposure. "We continue to see opportunities to produce strong uncorrelated results through active management", said LNG's Rosemary Pajot, in the firm's newsletter. "We have hedged our currency exposure, and have begun to increase short positions opportunistically.
