Kerrisdale Updates Its Longs On Intelsat, SES

New York activist Kerrisdale Capital fanned the flames of its long calls on Intelsat and SES today. On July 12th, US communications regulator the FCC held a meeting at which they unanimously voted to adopt a new rule expanding flexible use of the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band, which the investment manager says will set in motion "the regulatory process that will allow Intelsat and SES to unlock the value of their C-band spectrum rights".
