HC Technologies Names Jessica Sohl President
HC Technologies, LLC (“HC Tech”), a Chicago-based algorithmic propriety trading firm with offices in New York and London, today announced that Jessica Sohl has been named President. In this new role, Ms. Sohl will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm and lead efforts to grow HC Tech’s business globally. She joined HC Tech in 2014 serving as General Counsel.
The firm also announced that Giovanni Pillitteri has joined HC Tech. In his role, he will focus on expanding the firm’s foreign exchange business.

Mr. Pillitteri was recently Global Head of Foreign Exchange Trading at Global Trading Systems (GTS). Prior to GTS, he was the Global Head of FX and Interest Rates Electronic Trading at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw the electronification and expansion of their franchise. Previously, he served as Co-Head of FX Automatic Trading at Citigroup, where he was responsible for leading the trading activities, pricing, and risk management of Citigroup’s Foreign Exchange (CitiFX) e-commerce business. Mr. Pillitteri graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London, with a Master of Science degree in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.
