Dechert Hires Mark Dillon In Dublin

Dechert LLP announced that Mark Dillon has joined the firm as a financial services national partner in the Dublin office where he will focus on the establishment, authorization and operation of investment funds, including all forms of Irish regulated UCITS, alternative investment funds and private equity funds.

Mr. Dillon has a wealth of experience in the Irish and global markets having spent significant time advising both in the Irish market on regulated products and in Hong Kong on local and Cayman products. He was most recently with Deacons in Hong Kong, and before that, with Dillon Eustace Solicitors.

Mr. Dillon graduated from the University College Dublin in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Legal Studies, and received a diploma in finance law from the Law Society of Ireland in 2012. He is admitted as a Solicitor by the Law Society of Ireland, and is also admitted in England and Wales.
