Apax Partners Buys Cadence Education From Morgan Stanley Capital Partners
Apax Partners has reached an agreement to acquire Cadence Education, a provider of early childhood education in North America, from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners ("MSCP"). The transaction is expected to complete in March 2020.
