The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in hedge funds to generate competitive edge is becoming increasingly popular. A report from Preqin earlier this year found that 60% of fund managers saw increased appetite from institutional investors for Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) products over 2017.
